Refund and Exchange Policy
If you did not purchase "Refundable Booking" at checkout, there are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges can be done on the day of the show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made through our ticketing system or by contacting the box office.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Holland Community Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
